Roger Landry/CEO/The Erdace Companies
Roger Landry is the Chief Executive Officer of The Erdace Companies (Erdace). ERDACE is a full service real estate company specializing in multi-family real estate. The company’s multi-discipline “team” approach has enabled it to successfully take high profile projects from formation through completion across multiple geographies and building structure formats. The multi-discipline approach covers ownership, development, management, finance, and construction of all structure types from Federal Historic Register designated properties to new construction projects (townhouse to high rise). Roger and the ERDACE Staff have developed proprietary systems designed to address the unique needs of the multi-family development. Landry is a graduate of Tulane University and a Certified Public Accountant.
Roger Landry’s background includes employment with pubic accounting firms (New Orleans), international companies (New York, New York), and as an internal auditor. He served as comptroller and Chief Financial Officer in large real estate companies (Atlanta, Georgia), where he mastered the fundamentals of the financing and development of property across the Southeastern United States. Prior to beginning ERDACE Roger was the CFO of a multi-family contractor completing his understanding of the “multi-family construction value chain”, from conception to completion. In all of these company roles, Roger performed in financial and operational roles. These roles included financing, auditing, financial reporting, property planning/construction/in service and ongoing property management.
Roger has three daughters and they make their home in Atlanta, Georgia.
